How to book my Holiday 2 Remember?
Phone us on 01403 259459 or complete our on-line enquiry form. We will then be able to confirm availability, provisionally book the property for you and send you our Conditions of Booking and a Booking Form to complete. We will hold the property for you for 7 days, allowing you time to complete the Booking Form and return it with the 40% deposit. Bookings made within 8 weeks of commencement of your holiday, must be paid in full. Once we have received your Booking Form, we will check and confirm your holiday arrangements. The full balance will be payable 8 prior to your holiday.

When does my holiday start?
The bookings for properties start and finish on various days and times of the week – please refer to your holiday property details. Mid-week bookings and short breaks can be arranged in low season.

Do I need to clean my holiday property?
All the properties are thoroughly cleaned between holidays. However, there is a limited amount of time available before the next holidaymakers arrive, we ask you to leave the house clean and tidy and by the time specified on your Booking Confirmation.

How do I receive the keys?
Two weeks before your holiday, we will send you detailed directions to your holiday home and ferry tickets (if booked by us). Arrangements are made for you to receive the keys to The Mill House when you arrive.

Do the properties have telephones?
No - please bring along a mobile phone.
Do I need to bring bed linen?
At all the properties, bed linen is provided and beds will be made up before your arrival.

Do I need to bring towels?
Towels are provided but bring your own beach towels.

Can I bring my pet?
Pets are welcome by arrangement. Please bring your pet’s bedding. Pets should not be allowed on the furniture or to foul the property/garden or be left unattended in properties. A charge is made of £25 per pet per week. Please enter your pet’s details on the Booking Form.

Are there any other costs involved?
Yes, there is a £200 security deposit. The security deposit is fully refundable and are returned to you within 14 working days after the end of your holiday providing no loss or damage has occurred, no exceptional amount of cleaning is required and everything is in order.

Will a cot and/or highchair be available?
he Mill House has a cot, highchair and stair gates for visitors with young families. Please bring your own linen and bed covers for the cot.
