The Knoll, dating back some 300 years, is built of mellow honey colour natural Cotswold Stone and offers comfortable accommodation on four floors. It still retains many original features including Cotswold Stone walling which is exposed in the sitting room and kitchen/breakfast room. The Knoll is situated in the quaint High Street of the picturesque and unspoilt village of Blockley. The cottage enjoys spectacular rural views from the rear rooms of the property and is within walking distance to all the village facilities which include; post office, grocery, church, restaurant, two public houses, bus service, telephone, bowling green and children's recreation park and Murrays delicatessen and cafe (www.murraysofblockley.com) which is open every day and can provide welcome packs, picnics and delicious meals to eat in or out!

Blockley was renowned in the 17th and 18th Centuries for its Silk Mills but is now a very peaceful charming village with its mill stream winding its way through the bottom of the valley. With many very enjoyable walks leading from the village and surrounded by beautiful countryside, Blockley has much to offer the holidaymaker.
